How we relate to others is inextricably tied up in how we see ourselves. As parents, caregivers, spouses, co-workers, and friends, we interpret our relationships through a lens that life’s experiences have formed for us. MSOYW will help you learn to see that lens. This awareness then leads to better parenting choices, healthier attachment, and more success and satisfaction in relationships.
Making Sense of Your (Past) Worth sessions are conducted in a group format. We explore together how life events have shaped our self-worth, and impact our present relationships. You will be led towards identifying lies that you believe, such as “I am not good enough,” or “I am not smart enough,” or “I don’t belong.” Together, we work through how to replace lies with truths. Then we begin to rebuild from a place of positive self-worth.
There are eight 2-hour sessions. Class size is limited to 12. Both virtual and in-person options are available.
The total cost for the course and all materials is $280
